Honest to Goodness Celtic Sea Salt has been hand harvested from the shallow waters of the Peninsula of Geurande salt marshes in France. Celtic sea salt is a 'moist' salt, which contains beneficial minerals and trace elements. They are naturally grey in colour and are completely unwashed, unrefined and additive-free. Celtic Sea Salt can be sprinkled on food as a delicate seasoning or used during cooking to enhance the flavour of the food. It can also be used to make an exfoliating body scrub.
HOW TO USE

GROWING & PROCESSING
This Celtic Sea Salt comes from the salt marshes of the Peninsula of Guerande, Brittany in France. It is produced by natural evaporation of sea water under the combined effect of the sun and the wind. Using ancient techniques the salt is then hand harvested in the shallow water and remains unwashed, unrefined and additive-free. The grey colour comes from the clay that is present in the ground of the marsh.
