Organic tomato paste is ideal as the base for an Italian pasta sauce, a hearty casserole or stew, soup or salsa. A great pantry staple!
GROWING & PROCESSING
A delightfully rich thick paste made by cooking tomatoes for several hours to reduce the moisture and intensify the flavour. This paste is concentrated 20/22 brix. (the percent of solution solids calculated as sugar).
