MACKEREL FILLETS

Pan do Mar Mackerel Fillets in Organic Olive Oil 120g Mackerel fillets without skin and bones, from sustainable and controlled fishery stocks. Caught by the North Spanish Atlantic traditional inshore fishery using the fish-hook and hand-line method, directly upon the shoal and without nets to avoid capturing non commercial or protected species during the migration of Mackerel towards the North European waters.

MUSSELS

These organic mussels are gathered in the Galician Firths on the Spanish northwest Atlantic coast in deep clear waters. They are artisanal canned with a traditional pickled sauce containing extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, paprika, onion and garlic, all of which coming from the Certified Organic agriculture.
